Corn and green peas Chaat
This a very chatpata and easy to make recipe.
Have your ingredients ready then it will take only 5 min to make.
Ingredients
1 Can sweet corn
1 Cup dry green peas
1 Medium onion(chopped finely)
1 Green chili
1 Medium tomato(chopped finely)
2 tblspn tamarind chutney
2 tspn green chutney
1 lime
1 tspn cumin powder
1 tspn red chili powder
coriander leaves n pudian leaves
(for garnishing)
1/2 tspn black salt
salt to taste
1 tspn oil
Recipe:-
- Soak green peas in water for 3-4 hr.
- Boil green peas with salt until tender.
- Take a bowl, mix all the other ingredients.
- garnish with coriander leaves n pudina leaves
- Serve Fresh.
Tips:-
- you can use black pepper powder instead of red chili powder.
- You can add some more vegetables too.Like (shredded carrot,cabbage etc.)
- If you are using corn instead of canned corn then boil the corn with salt then use it.
