Whole Grain Spaghetti with Bell peper and Mushroom







This is a one wholesome meal you all will really enjoy!!!

Ingredients:-



  • 200 grm whole grain spaghetti
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1/2  red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 4-5 mushroom
  • 1 medium size tomato
  • 1 tblspn tomato sauce
  • 1 tspn black pepper
  • 1 tblspn olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 tspn Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2-3 basil leaves (for garnishing) Salt to taste.




  • Boil the spaghetti as cooking instruction on the box.
  • Drain the spaghetti. Keep aside.
  • Keep 1/2 cup of spaghetti water.
  • Cut onions, Green bell pepper ( capsicum), red bell pepper , mushroom lengthwise



Recipe:- 


  • In a wide pan, heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Add chopped garlic, saute for a min.
  • Add sliced onions, saute for 2-3 min till onions becomes  translucent .
  • Add sliced bell peppers , mushroom.
  • Cook for 2-3 min
  • Add sliced tomato. Saute for a min.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Add spaghetti and spaghetti water.
  • Mix with the sauteed vegetables.
  • Add tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  • Add  shredded cheese.
  • Mix very well.
  • Garnish with basil leaves.
  • Serve hot.

Bruschetta


Tomato and bell pepper Bruschetta






 Bruschetta is a fresh, simple and delicious Italian 

 appetizer





Ingredients:-


French loaf bread( or any hard crust bread)

  • 1 tomato ( chopped finely)
  • 1/2 sweet onion ( chopped finely)
  • 1/2 cup Bell peppers ( of your choice)
  • chopped finely
  • 1 tblspn chopped basil leaves
  • 2 tblspn  Garlic crushed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese

Recipe :- 


  • Cut the bread into 1/2" thick slices
  • Brush with olive oil on both sides
  • Toaste the breads for 3-4 min. Each side In the oven at 400 F .
  • In the mean while take a bowl
  • Mix all the chopped ingredients together
  • Seasoned it with salt and black pepper
  • Take out the bread from the oven
  • Put 1 tspn of tomato sauce on each bread
  • Now put the tomato,onion, bell pepper mixture on each bread
  • Drizzle some olive oil on the top
  • Preheat the oven at 400 •F
  • Put it under broiler at 400  •F  for about
  • 5 more min.
  • Take it out topped the bruschetta with some shredded cheese
  • Put it again in the oven for 2 min or until the cheese melted .
  • Serve hot .

Tip:- 

If u like it hot then u can sprinkle it with some red chilli flackes .

MAKAI SOYA TIKKI

MAKAI SOYA TIKKI






Ingredients:-

  • 1 can corn
  • 1/ 2 cup tofu ( mashed)                                            
  • 1 boiled potato ( grated)
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves ( chopped)
  • 2 tspn kasoori methi
  • 1 tspn black pepper
  • 1 green chilli ( chopped)
  • 1" ginger ( grated)
  • 2 garlic cloves ( grated)
  • 2 tblspn corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tblspn oil
  • Some corn flour for coating


Recipe:-

  • Take half of the corn mash it with the help of the spoon
  • Mix all the ingredients with it except oil
  • Make round shape tikis
  • Take some dry corn flour and coat the tikis with it.
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • On a medium heat shallow fry the tikis 2 to 3 min each side or till they become light brown.
  • Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney.



Tips:-

  • U can adjust the spicy level by adding red chilli powder.
  • If u don't have tofu u can use grated paneer( cottage cheese).
  • Both ways it's a tasty snack.
