Achari bhindi
Bhindi cut diagonally
Ingredient:-
- Panch phuran
- Whole red chillies
- Ground musturd and fennel powder
- Turmeric
- Garam masala
- Onion cut sliced 1
- Tomato sliced 1
- Oil
Recipe:-
- Wash bhindi before cutting
- Heat 1 tblspn oil in a pan
- Sauté bhindi till almost done
- Take it out
- Now add 1 tblspn oil in the pan
- When heated add panch phuran
- And whole red chilli
- When splutter add sliced onion
- Fry till it gets lite brown color
- Add sliced tomato
- Add salt, turmeric,garam masala and ground mustard and fennel powder
- Fry a little
- Add sautéed bhindi
- Mix it well
- Cook it for 5 more min
- Take it out in a serving dish
- Serve it with hot roti.
