churma ladoo 







Ingredient:- 




  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Chopped nuts (almond,cashew,raisins )
  • Ghee for frying
  • 2 tblspn ghee
  • Cardamon powder
  • Water



Recipe:-



  •  Kneed the dough using 2 tbl spn ghee and little water ( dough should not be very soft)
  • Heat ghee in a pan
  • Divide dough 12 equal parts
  • Heat ghee in a pan
  • Fry divided dough on a medium heat
  • Till they become golden brown
  • Take off from frm the heat
  • Grind them in using a grinder.
  • Take off in big bowl
  • Now add sugar and chopped nuts.
  • Churma should be little warm.it will help the sugar to melt a bit enough to bind it into ladoos.
  •   Take a little of the mixture in your hands Press it between your palm ,Give them round shape.


 Note.. If you don't want to make ladoos u can skip that process . And eat churma like that only it's tasty and delicious.
