Ingredient:-
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 tblspn ginger and garlic finely chopped
- 2 green chilli
- 1 tspn coriander cumin powder
- 1/4 tspn turmeric powder
- 1/4 tspn garam masala powder
- 1 tblspn oil
- 1 cup black eyed bean ( socked atleast for 4 hr)
Recipe:-
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker
- Add green chilli and cumin
- Add chopped onion and salt
- Salt helps onions to cook faster
- Fry till onions are little brown
- Add ginger garlic fry for 2 min
- Now add tomato fry for a min then add all the
- Dry masala
- Fry till oil separates
- Add some water in between if masala starts to get burn
- When oil separates then add socked black eyed bean
- Add 2 cups of water
- Close the lid of the pressure cooker
- Cook it on medium heat till 4 whistle.
- Turn of the heat let the steam away.
- Serve it hot with rice or roti.
This recipe is a very good source of protein.
